I’m delighted to share more details for our Taste of Tuscan Paradise trip which will be from June 7th to 10th at Castello di Potentino, an ancient medieval castle that lies in a secret valley in one of the last undiscovered corners of Tuscany – Monte Amiata.
What to expect:
A 3 night luxury gourmet travel experience staying in a medieval castle in Tuscany
Cooking workshops, private chef dinners, vineyard tours and wine tastings
Cheese making, pasta making, and whole animal butchery courses
No need to plan anything, just show up and relax, its all taken care of!
Includes:
3 nights stylish accommodation in private or shared en-suite rooms
All meals prepared by top Tuscan chefs & selection of famous Tuscan wines
Interactive workshops, kitchen demos, foraging trips & tastings
Access to the entire castle with onsite pool, vineyards, and free time to chill
Rooms and Rates Packages:
Private en-suite double room- single occupancy: £1400 per person
Private en-suite double room- couples rate: £1100 per person
Shared en-suite room- twin or triple- £1250 per person
Please note the rates above include your stay at the castle as well all meals, wine, coffee and all food experiences. The only thing not included in this package is your travel to and from the castle.

Castello di Potentino have reserved the castle exclusively for Wednesdays VIP and Club W members from June 7-10th
A 25% upfront non-refundable deposit will be necessary to secure your spot1
The deadline to secure your spot is Sunday February 19th
